With a fine arts background Jay began his career as set builder and prop maker for various fashion companies. During this time he discovered a passion for styling. After many lucrative years in this field he transitioned to become the concept illustrator for Ralph Lauren in Creative Presentation. As the company grew Jay took on the role of creative director. For every project he tackles it is essential for him to be proactive in finding new creative outcomes while at the same time still staying on brand. His tasks includes concept development for all Luxury, Polo, and Polo Kid’s stores where he leads a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and resource managers. Responsibilities include creating directives for all stores, conference room mood boards, sourcing props and vendors, being the global communicator to all regions (US, EU, and Asia) and strategizing with the marketing and advertising departments for all promotional events including US Open, Olympics, Pink Pony, etc.
